GREEN

In 2022 the KEI-week was named the most sustainable introduction week in the Netherlands! We’re still incredibly proud of that!

Together with GROENN, a mentorship program founded by organizers of various Groningen festivals, we’re taking steps to make the KEI-week even greener. They advise us on sustainable choices, but it’s the GREEN-team that truly makes the difference.

The GREEN-team plays a major role in this mission. They support the board in executing sustainable plans and are responsible for organizing the sustainability stunt. At each event, you’ll have your own GREEN-stand and come up with a fun activity to raise awareness about sustainability among KEI-lopers and KEI-leaders. Additionally, you and your team will track the CO₂ and electricity consumption during the events, so that the following year we know exactly what to improve!

In short: the GREEN team ensures that Stichting KEI looks at all its events with a fresh, green perspective. Do you have a passion for sustainability and a head full of ideas? Then we’re looking for you!
