BULK

The BULK is responsible for many different logistical tasks and takes care of all the materials for the KEI-week. This is because a lot of crush barriers and building fences, tables and other materials need to be moved. The BULK ensures that all these items are brought around at the right time, in the right place and with the right means of transport. Prior to the KEI-week, the BULK checks the power plan and advises the Executive Board on it. During the KEI-week, they connect all the power cables. The crew also goes through the schedule for materials and checks it together with the Executive Board. This also means that the BULK joins appointments with the material suppliers of the KEI-week.

Within the BULK, there are also chief HEFs. They are our forklift drivers during the KEI-week and help us move all kinds of materials and other activities. As chief-HEF, you work closely with the Event Managers and in the evening with the NIGHT-crew.

The crew is active throughout the week and consists of (strong) volunteers. Are you a real go-getter? Then come and join the BULK by emailing your CV and a short motivation to: secretaris@keiweek.nl. Please also indicate whether you would prefer to become a forklift driver!
