MEDIA
MEDIA-Crew
Do you want to help create content that reaches thousands of students? Then the MEDIA-Crew is the place for you!
The MEDIA-crew is responsible for everything you see, watch and look back on from the KEI-week. From videos and photos to the visual identity of the KEI-week, you and your team make sure Europe’s largest introduction week truly comes to life both online and visually.
Within the MEDIA Crew there are three different teams, each with its own focus:
VIDEO
The VIDEO team is responsible for everything related to video. This includes filming the theme announcement, creating promotional videos and capturing fun behind-the-scenes moments during the KEI-week. You’ll have plenty of creative freedom to produce content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, and you may work with programs like Adobe Premiere Pro to create aftermovies. Experience is a plus, but certainly not required.
PHOTO
The PHOTO team ensures that all special moments are captured. From activities throughout the year to the major events during the KEI-week itself. Together with an enthusiastic group, you will make sure the best moments are preserved. Do you have an eye for detail and know exactly when to capture the perfect shot? Having your own camera is a plus, but not required.
EDITORIAL
The EDITORIAL team forms the creative force behind the visual style of the KEI-week. Together with the Director of Promotion and Recruitment, you will work on social media content, promotional materials and other designs. You will also help design the KEI booklet, which is included in the KEI bag that every participant receives.
Together, these three teams form a creative and close-knit group that not only helps organise the KEI-week, but also captures and showcases it for thousands of students.
