DECO

During the KEI-week, all event grounds are filled with decoration and safety signage, and this is all thanks to the DECO-crew. This enthusiastic and creative group is already hard at work before the KEI-week, creating fun decorations that fit this year’s theme: Casa KEI! They make sure all decorations are ready before KEI-week begins, and then drive from venue to venue with the well-stocked DECO van to hang everything up! To ensure everything runs smoothly, they work with Event Managers to get a good overview of all the decoration and signage stored for the event. This way, the KEI-week kicks off without a hitch!

During the KEI-week, the DECO-crew plays an important role in creating atmosphere and order at every event. They put up all the signage and routing, from directional signs to price lists, and add to the visual vibe with colorful decorations. This crew does a final check at the event grounds, and only once they are satisfied is the venue officially opened!
