With nearly 200 volunteers, the EVENT-crew is the largest crew within the KEI Foundation. During the KEI Week, the EVENT-crew takes on a wide variety of tasks. These include registering KEI participants, helping create the atmosphere at events, handing out gadgets and giveaways, and much more!

As an EVENT-crew member, you’ll be closely involved in organizing the largest introduction week in Europe while meeting lots of new people along the way. On top of that, you’ll receive free access to almost all KEI Week events!

Want free access to the Closing Festival? Make sure you earn 10 or more points by completing enough shifts! The points system is explained in more detail during the registration process.

Being part of the EVENT-crew is a great experience because no two shifts are the same. You’ll have a variety of tasks, be part of a large and diverse team, and experience KEI-week from a completely different perspective. It’s also a fantastic way to meet new people and make friends. And of course, you’re always welcome to stick around and enjoy the events after your shift!

You don’t have to be available all week. Based on the availability you provide, we’ll create a schedule for all EVENT-crew members during KEI-week.
