Join Stichting KEI as an Event Manager!

Are you that enthusiastic student who loves to get things done and are you organizationally strong? Organize the KEI-week together with us as Event Manager! The function as an Event Manager can be compared to a part-time board. Starting in March, the Event Managers help the Executive Board with the organization of the KEI-week. In the first months, the eight Event Managers are particularly busy reading up on their position and Stichting KEI Many social activities are also planned in this month and the Executive Board organizes a weekend away together to get to know each other better. Starting in June, the Event Managers spend three half days a week organizing the KEI-week. This can include looking for speakers, making a program booklet and arranging an event site. In addition to these tasks, the Event Managers support the Executive Board where necessary, for example with acquisition and with promotion.

Starting in July is the peak point for the Event Managers. They too are then in the office full-time until KEI-week. From then on they will have their own office where they can work together with the Executive Board on the biggest introduction week in Europe! When Groningen has been quiet for weeks, the eight Event Managers and the Executive Board are at the peak of their busyness. During the KEI-week the Event Managers have about 4 events they are responsible for and in addition they manage the EVENT-crew.These are the volunteers who help out before, during and after an event. In short: the Event Managers are the forces of KEI-week!
