Event Managers 2023 announcement
Last Friday, the Event Managers for the KEI-week of 2023 were annouched! We present you proudly:

The Event Managers (EM’ers) help the KEI-board from March with the organisation of the KEI-week. In the first few months the Event Managers are busy with reading the documentation. Also there are a lot of social events during this integration-period. Furthermore there is a weekend to get to know each other and the Executive Board better. From May the Event Managers are three half days per week working on the events of the KEI-week. Tasks they do are finding speakers, creating a program guide and laying out an event site. From July the Event Managers are going to work full time in the office until the KEI-week They have their own office with the Executive Board to work on the biggest introduction week of Europe! When Groningen has been quiet for weeks, the eight Event Managers and the Executive Board are at the peak of their busyness. During the KEI-week, the Event Managers have a number of events they are responsible for and they also manage the EVENT crew. These are the volunteers who help out before, during and after an event.
