Accomodation

Are you looking for housing during the KEI-week? We'll help you arrange it. On our website we provide multiple options to find temporary housing. You can get in contact with student houses who have spare rooms available or you can sign up for the Sleep-in.

The Sleep-in is organised in association with the Usva. Sleeping accomodation is provided which is located near the centre of Groningen. It is an ideal location for overnight during the KEI-week if you have not yet found permanent housing in Groningen.

In Groningen there are a lot of student houses. A number of them have a spare room available during the KEI-week. It might also be possible that they are looking for a new roommate. On our website you can search for a suitable accomodation and can get in contact with them. This way you will have a sleeping adress during the KEI-week and immediately will come in contact with the student life.

Prices
At the Sleep-in at the Usva the costs will be €35. Breakfast is included. For the student houses we ask a maximum of €25 for housing. The studens houses can ask an additional €5 for breakfast.

All the prices are for one whole week during the KEI-week.

For international students:

For the foreign KEI-participants who are going to rent a room at the Housing Office during their stay in Groningen it is possible to rent your room one month extra in advance. Please write an e-mail with your name and registration number to Housing Office (e-mail info@housingoffice.nl ) and ask to start your rental agreement per 1 August. If you have not booked a room at Housing Office yet, please do not forget to fill out 1 August as start of your rental agreement in the application form.
