Organisation

It is quite something to organize an event like the KEI-week. It starts in December when the new board of directors is appointed. They will be active in the organization for a year, comparable to a full time job. From May on, the Event Managers start to help followed by the KEI-crew and the KEI-leaders. In total, roughly 1000 senior students are involved with the organization of the greatest week in Groningen.

Board of Directors 2012

Every year seven students make it their lives to organise the KEI-week. They make a fulltime commitment which starts in December and ends in November. You can imagine what it would take to set up an event for about 4500 first year students, as well as 1000 senior students.

Supervisory Board 2012

To ensure that the organisation runs smoothly, there is a supervisory board, which supports the board of directors. The supervisory board has an advising an monitoring role. Members of the supervisory board represent various sectors in Groningen, such as student associations, sporting associatins, cultural associations, the University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Groningen.
